Cancellations: When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, the primary therapist is unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client, a client on the wait list, or a client with a clinical emergency. The scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for clients, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason a session is canceled LESS than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged.
Said fee must be paid BEFORE your upcoming session.
No Call/No Show: In the virtual platform, the waiting room is live for 15 minutes, if a client does not join the meeting by said time, the session will be deemed closed and the client will have to reschedule.
Please be advised that if a client is on a recurring session schedule or booked sessions in advance, (2) NO CALL/NO SHOWS in a row will result in future sessions to be potentially cancelled. The client will have to contact the primary therapist directly to reschedule future appointments.
Due to COVID-19, all therapy sessions are facilitated via a virtual platform.
